Sigma-Aldrich Sells Coagulation Product Line

Sigma-Aldrich reported that it has successfully completed the sale of its Coagulation product line to Trinity Biotech plc. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. As part of the sale, Trinity assumed customer and distributor commitments related to this product line and hired many of the employees engaged in manufacturing and sales for the Coagulation products. The manufacturing facility in Lemgo, Germany was included in the sale.
