Senior R&D Scientist (m/f/d)

Your Profile:

• Batchelor's or Master's Degree in Microbiology / Biochemistry discipline or a related scientific field
  
• Minimum of 7 years of lab experience
  
• Immunoassay and other detection methods for microbes and their toxins
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.
  
• Working knowledge of statistical methodologies
  
• Good understanding of technologies related to new product development
  
• Basic understanding of our customers and market
  
• Working knowledge of Design Control Processes

Your Tasks:

• Design, development and verification of methods for the detection of mycotoxins in food and feedstuff, using immuno-assays in ELISA and Lateral Flow Immunoassay.
  
• Support existing products by maintaining and improving manufacturing robustness and performance.
  
• Evaluate alternative, potentially disruptive and/or competitive methods for mycotoxin detection.
  
• Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary. Actively supports and participates in the safety
