The Nanophoton Raman Microscope Series: A new Era in Raman Microscopy and Imaging
Any Bruker Nanophoton microscope comes with three things: precision, speed, and ease of use. It uses patented galvanoscanning technology optimized for Raman microscopy. This allows to use different laser modes tailored to the task:
- Point mode: 10 nm precision for ultra-accurate sample positioning
- Line mode: High-speed analysis with 400 spectra per scan
- AreaFlash mode: Large sample analysis with advanced spectral averaging
RAMANtouch, RAMANwalk or RAMANdrive? Well that depends on your task!
- RAMANwalk
A user-friendly workhorse. Simply select the sample area you want to analyze and start. RAMANwalk offers straightforward operation with all the features you need for routine point analyses or small mappings.
- RAMANtouch
The powerhouse of Raman imaging. It does everything RAMANwalk can - and more. With our patented Line Imaging Mode, we surpass everything previously known, achieving extreme measurement speeds without compromising spectral quality.
- RAMANdrive
A specialized version of RAMANtouch optimized for large samples and automated analysis in the semiconductor field. With AreaFlash measurements, even wafers can be analyzed in just a few minutes with the highest quality.
Key Features:
The use of a galvanometric mirror is an innovative scanning method in which a laser beam can freely scan the point under the objective lens - without having to move the sample stage! In terms of both precision and speed, it far surpasses conventional "table scanning".
- Galvanic mirror for laser beam steering
- High spectral and spatial resolution
- Completely automated hardware
- Ultra high-speed Raman imaging
- Reduced imaging time by random-walk
- Powerful analysis for 2D/3D Raman images
- Auto-calibration and auto-alignment
Analyze your samples from within:
Confocal optics enable non-destructive 3D Raman imaging of transparent samples. With line illumination and the RAMANtouch's high-precision stage, these images are produced with exceptional speed and quality, revealing the sample's internal structure and component distribution.
