Group Lead Process Engineer - Technical Unit (m/f/d)

Your Profile:

• Master degree in engineering or equivalent
  
• 10+ years of engineering experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  
• Deep expertise in process equipment and the implementation of new processes and technologies
  
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and risk management
  
• Experience in managing complex engineering projects
  
• Ability to translate business needs into clear engineering priorities
  
• Strong communication skills in a multinational enviroment
  
• Willingness to travel internationally (around 30%)

Your Tasks:

• Act as the internal process expert, providing guidance to production sites
  
• Contribute to the process engineering strategy, translating it into goals for local engineering teams
  
• Define process engineering requirements for consistent implementation across sites
  
• Assess new technologies and methodologies for their potential to improve processes
  
• Strengthen collaboration across sites through the exchange of expertise and best practices
  
• Provide process engineering guidance aline with applicable safety and quality requirements
  
• Oversee the budget for the area of responsibility, focusing on cost-effective investment decision
