Field Application Scientist - Flow cytometry (m/f/d)
Your Profile:
- Ph.D. in Immunology.
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Flow Cytometry.
- Previous experience providing technical support to customers is preferred.
- Experience supporting optical, electrical, or mechanical equipment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in German and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Your Tasks:
- Drive sales of Agilent Flow Cytometry solutions through pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer engagements in collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering pre- and post-sales training and providing high-quality technical support.
- Capture and communicate the Voice of the Customer, including product feedback, enhancement opportunities, and market trends.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Flow sales team, supporting the resolution of technical questions and challenges.
- Support technical sales and marketing initiatives by presenting at conferences and developing and delivering presentations in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with regular weekly travel and overnight stays.
