Quality Control Manager (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Reviewing internal and external analysis results according to internal standards in an EXCiPACT-certified environment
  
• Coordinating analyses at external analytical laboratories
  
• Creating and maintaining QC-specific documents
  
• Assisting in handling deviations and change procedures
  
• Coordinating and providing technical support for method transfers
  
• Coordinating and documenting of validation procedures for analytical methods and stability programs
  
• As a QC Manager, you will work closely with the lab team and report to the Head of the QC Department

Your skills:

• Education: Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  
• Hands-on experience with analytical methods (enzymatic assays, enzyme activity testing, and ideally molecular biology, microbiology, or HPLC).
  
• Strong analytical thinking, ideally with basic knowledge of statistics and enzyme reactions.
  
• High motivation to learn new methods and optimize processes; proactive and self-driven.
  
• Proficient in standard office applications (especially MS Word and MS Excel).
  
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  
• Well-organized, careful, and able to work independently.
  
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
