Your Profile:

• Completed degree in a natural science with PhD, preferably in biology, chemistry or biochemistry
  
• Professional experience in the field of protein analysis, particularly in cellular and biochemical assays
  
• Professional experience in endotoxin/pyrogen studies is desirable
  
• Strong team and communication skills
  
• Independent and self-responsible working style
  
• High level of commitment and autonomy, as well as reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  
• Experience in the development of cell-based and immunological assay systems
  
• Experience with proteinanalytics, especially endotoxin/pyrogen testing
  
• Experience with biochemical interaction analyses
  
• Working experience with Biacore technologies
  
• English, German desirable

Your Tasks:

• Development and validation of bioanalytical methods for the detection of bacterial endotoxins and pyrogens using biochemical and immunological techniques
  
• Analysis of endotoxin recovery experiments involving recombinant proteins, antibodies, nanobodies, or RNA molecules and their formulations
  
• Biochemical and biophysical investigations of endotoxin/pyrogen solutions
  
• Collaboration with academic research institutions and biotech companies to establish new endotoxin/pyrogen testing methods
  
• Cell biological analysis techniques and cell culture
  
• Development of binding assays and affinity measurements
  
• Establishment and execution of biochemical interaction analyses
  
• Participation in international project teams for the development of new endotoxin/pyrogen testing procedures
