Senior Chemist, QC (m/f/d)

Your Profile:

• PhD in chemistry with 3-5 years industrial experience, MS in relevant scientific discipline with 5-10 years industrial experience, or BS in relevant scientific discipline with 10-15 years industrial experience
  
• Fundamental understanding of analytical chemistry, and advanced understanding of mass spectroscopy
  
• Demonstrated laboratory skills and technical expertise
  
• Capability to perform independent laboratory work
  
• Willingness to work non-core hours to support 24/7 operations
  
• Proficient in use of MS Office Suite products
  
• Teamwork/Interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Your Tasks:

• Provides complete technical oversight to QC and has a substantial knowledge of most analytical techniques utilized throughout the laboratory. Significant expertise in mass spectrscopy is a requirement for this position.
  
• Has significant technical knowledge in at least one other technology of relevance to the laboratory.
  
• Manages analytical investigations and deviations (e.g. OOS, stability failure, suspect results, FRCC, protocol failure, etc.).
  
• Develops and executes protocol-driven studies in support of method verifications, validations, and transfers.
  
• Performs technical review of laboratory deviations
  
• Reviews and approves all types of analytical data including protocols, methods, and change controls.
