Biochemist - BV Conjugation (m/f/d)

Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or other related area, Biotech certification, or equivalent work experience.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant lab experience in an industry setting, full time academic environment, or similar
  
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office products
  
• No problem working under darker light environment
  
• Must have the ability to communicate (oral and written) and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  
• Strong multitasking/prioritization skills
  
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or other related area, Biotech Certification, or equivalent experience
  
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP databases to execute production orders
  
• Ability to perform column chromatography and the ability to use lab equipment

• Possess a basic understanding of IgG antibody and how antibody conjugation and purification are performed
  
• Have experience in centrifugation, pipette, and column chromatography
  
• Ability to work within prescribed timeline
  
• Following SOPs, batch records, and other compliance related documentation
  
• Perform concentration calculations and adjustment
  
• Assist team lead with basic lab activities such as: inventory, housekeeping, equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, and calibration
  
• Assist with other manufacturing/production-related duties as assigned
  
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
