Scientist (m/f/d)


Who You Are:

  • Master's degree in a Chemistry or Biochemistry related discipline
  • Previous experience working in a similar environment
  • Experience supporting process improvement
  • Knowledge of ISO or similar QMS
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Have a proactive approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of computer-based systems

Your Role:

we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Technology Development Scientist to join our team in Haverhill. As our Technology Development Scientist, you will manage scientific and technical projects, aiming to improve the performance of manufacturing of synthetic nucleic acids (oligonucleotides). The projects will consider (without limitation) optimization of the synthesis or the purification methods, development or implementation of new analytical techniques. The function also supports the Production, Customer Services, Marketing and Sales teams by providing them with the right level of expertise to facilitate their work or win new business.
