Head of Laboratory in vivo DMPK (m/f/d)

• University degree in natural sciences, e.g. veterinary medicine, biology, pharmacology or biochemistry with a PhD in a subject related to pharmacokinetics
  
• Experience in Laboratory Animal Science at FELASA C level
  
• Experience with Certara Phoenix is advantageous
  
• Act as DMPK Expert / Study Director for in-vivo DMPK studies and leading a non-clinical in-vivo DMPK team consisting of lab technicians
  
• Take responsibility for planning, performance, evaluation, and reporting of in-vivo DMPK studies during drug discovery in suitable quality and in accordance with pre-defined capacity and time frame
  
• Provide guidance to medicinal chemistry and pharmacology with regard to lead optimization and the optimal design of animal efficacy studies to establish PK/PD relationships
  
• Interpreting all PK and Drug Metabolism data in the project context and in conjunction with data from other functions including communication and preparation for decision makings
  
• Assume responsibility as deputy principal investigator according to German animal welfare laws for all animal studies
