Senior Lab Coordinator (m/f/d)

  • B.S.C or M.S.C or advanced degree in Analytical Chemistry or related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years work experience in Quality Control
  • Accountable for ICP-MS, TOC, Ion Chromatography and cleanroom environment work conditions
  • High degree of knowledge and experience with analytical instrumentation and online process instrumentation
  • Responsible for all method development, gauge R&R, spike & recovery, quality control charting and statistical analysis training
  • Responsible with technical exchanges that include direct customer interaction
  • Ensures quality control lab activities are carried out correctly and on time, including in-process sample and final product analysis
  • Issue the Certificates of Analysis for the finished products
  • Use significant technical competencies to fully understand the Active Oxygens products offered in the region and the necessary laboratory capabilities needed to perform finished product analytical testing
  • Serve as technical resource to the commercial team and plant team to help resolve peroxide product performance or customer questions
  • Implement and maintain LabWorks and SAP/QM to support peroxide production
  • Take ownership of Labworks LIMS system maintenance and improvement
  • Is the technical expert for methods, calibrates and performs maintenance on ICP-MS, AA, TOC and all other instrumentation
  • Also, continually improves accuracy of laboratory testing methods and in-line analytical equipment
  • Provide support to the plant operators, plant engineer, and management when needed
  • Ensure all QC records are maintained in timely and orderly state
  • Solely responsible for all technical support of production of Pertronic material
  • Provide Product and application information/support to help solve customer problems
