LC-MS coupling and its applications
The LC-MS technique is a widespread and common coupling technique. The coupling of separation methods such as RPLC and HILIC with (tandem) mass spectrometry is particularly popular. What you can use and how you use the technology is important to know and can be learned!
The course is aimed at HPLC users who use LC-MS analysis in their laboratory or who want to get started with this technology. The basics and peculiarities of this technique are covered as well as the determination of quantitative results. The aim of this seminar is to impart basic knowledge of LC-MS and to make it easier to get started with this technique with practical tips.
